Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup fresh lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream cold
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions
 

  • Squeeze fresh lemons to obtain 0.5 cup of lemon juice.
  • Add lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, heavy whipping cream, and ice to a high-powered blender.
  • Blend on high speed for 15-20 seconds until the mixture reaches a smooth, milkshake-like consistency.
  • Pour into chilled glasses, garnish with whipped cream or a lemon slice if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use freshly squeezed lemon juice for the best flavor.
  • Adjust sweetened condensed milk for desired sweetness.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1-2 days.
