A refreshing summer salad combining sweet watermelon, juicy strawberries, and creamy feta cheese, topped with a zesty lime honey dressing. Perfect for picnics, barbecues, or a light lunch.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Watermelon cubes Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups Strawberries Sliced in half or quartered
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese Crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Fresh mint or basil Chopped or torn

Instructions
 

  • Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes and slice the strawberries in half or quarters.
  • In a large bowl, gently toss the watermelon and strawberries together.
  • Crumble the feta cheese over the fruit mixture.
  • In a small bowl or jar, whisk together lime juice, honey, Dijon mustard, and a pinch of salt to make the dressing.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently to coat.
  • Garnish with fresh mint or basil leaves and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Drain excess watermelon juice before mixing to prevent a soggy salad.
  • Use fresh strawberries for the best texture and flavor.
  • Store leftover dressing in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.
