Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Watermelon, cubed Seedless preferred
  • 8 oz Fresh mozzarella Bocconcini or sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves Torn, not cut
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt To taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes and slice or use bocconcini mozzarella.
  • Arrange watermelon and mozzarella on a platter, alternating for visual appeal.
  • Tear fresh basil leaves and scatter over the watermelon and mozzarella.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze and olive oil lightly over the salad.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of salt to enhance flavors and serve immediately.

  • Choose a ripe watermelon with a hollow sound when tapped.
  • Use fresh mozzarella for best texture and flavor.
