Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Watermelon diced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Blueberries rinsed
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • 0.25 cup Fresh mint chopped

Honey Lime Vinaigrette

  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice fresh
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine diced watermelon, blueberries, crumbled feta, and chopped mint.

Prepare the Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, and olive oil (if using) until well combined.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with additional mint if desired.

Notes

  • Prepare watermelon and dressing up to a day in advance, but assemble just before serving to keep ingredients fresh.
