Essential Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Naan bread Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken Shredded or diced, leftover rotisserie works great
  • 0.5 cup Tzatziki sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 0.5 cup Cucumber Diced
  • 0.25 cup Red onion Thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese Crumbled

Optional Add-Ins

  • 0.5 cup Spinach
  • 0.25 cup Kalamata olives
  • 0.5 cup Bell peppers Diced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill or parsley For garnish

Instructions
 

Prepping the Naan

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Place the naan breads on the prepared baking sheet.

Layering the Ingredients

  • Spread a generous layer of tzatziki sauce over each naan, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the tzatziki. Add shredded chicken, spinach leaves, and halved cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Baking to Perfection

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the naan edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • 1- Use fresh naan bread and crisp veggies for the best texture.
  • 2- Let homemade tzatziki sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to meld flavors.
  • 3- Serve warm with a side salad or extra tzatziki for dipping.
