Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium ripe but firm bananas yellow with a few brown spots
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted, can substitute with butter or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon adjust to taste

Prepping Your Bananas

  • Peel the bananas and slice them into even rounds about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick.

Mixing the Cinnamon Coating

  • In a small bowl, mix the melted coconut oil and ground cinnamon until well combined. Toss the banana slices in the mixture until evenly coated.

Air Frying to Perfection

  • Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t overlap. Air fry for 22-28 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy. Cool on a wire rack.
