  • 2 tbsp sugar

Filling

  • 24 oz cream cheese full-fat, room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream

Strawberry Swirl

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries pureed

Instructions

Prepare the Crust

Make the Filling

  • Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla extract and heavy cream, mixing until just combined.

Prepare the Strawberry Swirl

  • Puree fresh strawberries in a blender. Spoon dollops of puree over the filling, then swirl with a knife.

Bake and Chill

Notes

  • 1- Use cold ingredients for flakier biscuits.
  • 2- Taste the apple filling and adjust spices as needed.
  • 3- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat.
