Ingredients
  

Marinade

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey or brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Kebabs

  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 bell pepper cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 onion cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 ounces potatoes cubed and parboiled

Instructions
 

Marinate the Steak

  • Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes.
  • In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, honey, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Add steak cubes to the marinade, toss to coat, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to several hours).

Prepare the Vegetables

  • Wash and chop bell peppers, onions, and potatoes into bite-sized pieces similar to the steak cubes.
  • Parboil cubed potatoes in boiling water for 5-7 minutes until barely fork-tender, then drain and cool slightly.

Assemble and Grill

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  • Thread marinated steak, bell peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes, and parboiled potatoes onto skewers.
  • Grill kebabs for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness, achieving grill marks.
  • Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • 1- Use cold ingredients for flakier biscuits.
  • 2- Taste the apple filling and adjust spices as needed.
  • 3- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat.
