Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple drained well
  • 1 3.4 oz package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 8 oz tub Cool Whip thawed

Optional

  • 1-2 tbsp cream cheese softened, for added tanginess

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese (if using), drained crushed pineapple, and instant vanilla pudding mix. Blend with a mixer until well combined and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (preferably 2-3 hours) to allow flavors to meld and the dip to thicken.
  • Serve chilled with fresh fruits like strawberries, bananas, apples, grapes, or other dippers like graham crackers or vanilla wafers.

Notes

  • 1- Use cold ingredients for a thicker dip.
  • 2- Drain pineapple thoroughly to avoid a runny consistency.
  • 3- Serve with a variety of dippers for a fun presentation.
