Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter can use natural or other nut butters
  • 1 cup oats use certified gluten-free if needed
  • 0.25 cup honey or maple syrup, agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix-Ins

  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup mini M&Ms

Instructions
 

Mixing the Base

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, oats, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until evenly distributed.

Adding Mix-Ins

  • Fold in mini chocolate chips and mini M&Ms gently until evenly dispersed.

Shaping

  • Use a cookie scoop or spoon to portion out the mixture. Roll each portion between your palms to form smooth balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Chilling

  • Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
