Ingredients
  

  • 12 large fresh strawberries bright red, firm, and fragrant
  • 8 oz cream cheese full-fat, softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 oz white chocolate good quality, melted
  • 0.5 cup crushed graham crackers or strawberry crunch topping

Instructions
 

Preparing the Strawberries

  • Rinse strawberries gently, pat dry, slice off tops, and hollow out a small well in each berry using a spoon or knife. Dry the inside with a paper towel.

Making the Cheesecake Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and heavy whipping cream, mixing until thick and creamy.

Coating with White Chocolate

  • Melt white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Dip each stuffed strawberry into the chocolate, then sprinkle with crushed graham crackers. Place on a parchment-lined sheet to set.
