Mini quiche is a fantastic bite-sized treat that's perfect for any occasion. Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 package store-bought pie crust or homemade

Filling

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup ham diced, optional
  • 1 cup spinach chopped, optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out pie crust and cut into circles to fit muffin pan. Press into greased muffin cups.

Make the Filling

  • In a bowl, whisk eggs and cream together. Stir in cheese, ham, spinach, or other fillings of choice.

Bake

  • Pour filling into crusts, filling each about 3/4 full. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set and golden. Let cool 5-10 minutes before removing from pan.

Notes

  • Can be made crustless for a gluten-free option.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
  • Freeze baked quiches for up to 2-3 months.
