Juicy chicken breasts stuffed with gooey mozzarella and seasoned with zesty ranch, coated in crispy breadcrumbs for a flavor-packed meal or snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless, 6-8 oz each
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded or cut into pieces, low-moisture preferred
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs or regular breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter, for brushing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut a horizontal pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to slice through completely.
  • Season chicken inside and out with salt, pepper, and ranch seasoning.
  • Stuff each chicken pocket with mozzarella cheese, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  • Coat each stuffed chicken breast with breadcrumbs and place in a lightly greased baking dish.
  • Brush the tops with olive oil or melted butter.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally and cheese is melted.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • 1- Use cold ingredients for a better texture.
  • 2- Adjust ranch seasoning to taste.
  • 3- Serve warm with dipping sauces or sides.
