  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • 2 eggs large

Glaze

  • 0.25 cup butter unsalted
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine cake mix, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 7-8 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Glaze

  • Drizzle or dip warm cookies with the glaze and let set.
  • Optional: Dust with powdered sugar once glaze is set.

Notes

  • 1- Use cold ingredients for flakier biscuits.
  • 2- Taste the apple filling and adjust spices as needed.
  • 3- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat.
