  • 2 Honeycrisp apples diced into bite-sized pieces

Crisp Broccoli Florets

  • 3 cups broccoli florets cut into small, bite-sized pieces

  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Dice the Honeycrisp apples into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl of water with a little lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • Cut the broccoli florets into small, bite-sized pieces, wash, and dry thoroughly.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and honey until smooth to make the dressing.
  • In a large bowl, gently toss the apples and broccoli together.
  • Pour the dressing over the apple and broccoli mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
  • Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
