Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp mustard Dijon preferred, but yellow or grainy works too
  • 1 tbsp honey Use good quality honey
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise For creaminess
  • 0.5 tsp vinegar White or apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Grab a bowl or jar.
  • Add mustard, honey, and mayonnaise in equal parts (1 tbsp each).
  • Add a splash of vinegar (about 0.5 tsp).
  • Whisk everything together until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust ingredients as needed.

Notes

  • 1- Use cold ingredients if chilling is preferred.
  • 2- Taste and adjust the balance of sweetness or tanginess as needed.
  • 3- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
