Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon cooked crispy and crumbled
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs chopped

Dressing

  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  • Cook the bacon until crispy, cool, and crumble it.
  • Hard-boil the eggs for 10 minutes, cool in an ice bath, peel, and chop.
  • Dice the avocado.
  • In a large bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, avocado, cheddar cheese, and eggs.

Dressing

  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • 1- Use cold ingredients for a crisp salad.
  • 2- Adjust dressing flavors to taste.
  • 3- Serve chilled for best results.
