Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 4 chicken breasts

Stuffing

  • 1 cup spinach chopped
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled

Cream Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken

  • Butterfly the chicken breasts by slicing horizontally through the center, stopping before cutting all the way through, to create a pocket.
  • Mix spinach and feta cheese in a bowl, then spoon evenly into the chicken pockets. Secure with toothpicks.

Grill the Chicken

  • Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grates. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest for a few minutes.

Make the Cream Sauce

  • Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Add parmesan cheese and stir until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Serve

  • Drizzle cream sauce over grilled stuffed chicken and serve warm.

Notes

  • 1- Use cold ingredients for flakier biscuits.
  • 2- Taste the apple filling and adjust spices as needed.
  • 3- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat.
