Ingredients
  

Marinade

  • 1 cup mango fresh, diced or blended
  • 1 cup pineapple fresh, diced or blended
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated

Chicken

  • 1.5 lb boneless chicken thighs or breasts

Instructions
 

Prepare Marinade

  • Blend together mango, pineapple, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a blender until smooth.

Marinate Chicken

  • Place chicken in a zip-top bag or shallow dish, pour marinade over it, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Grill Chicken

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat, lightly oil the grates, and remove chicken from marinade, patting it dry.
  • Grill chicken for 8-10 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Serve

  • Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then serve with your favorite sides or salsa.

Notes

  • 1- Use fresh, high-quality chicken for best results.
  • 2- Adjust marinade ingredients to taste before adding chicken.
  • 3- Serve with mango or pineapple salsa for extra flavor.
