Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Sandwich Assembly

  • 8 slices brioche or challah bread thick-cut
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced

Frying

  • 2 tablespoons butter or neutral oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 pinch cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

Prepare Cheesecake Filling

  • In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Assemble Sandwiches

  • Spread a generous layer of cheesecake filling on one slice of bread, top with sliced strawberries, and cover with another slice. Press edges to seal. Repeat for all sandwiches.

Fry Sandwiches

  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Whisk eggs, milk, and optional cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides, and fry for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on a wire rack or paper towels.

Notes

  • 1- Use softened cream cheese for a smoother filling.
  • 2- Adjust strawberry amount to taste.
  • 3- Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream for an extra treat.
