Ingredients
  

Fresh Greens and Vegetables

  • 4 cups butter lettuce or mixed greens
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 0.5 cup thinly sliced red onion

Savory Chicken Components

  • 1 lb chicken tenders or breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour for breading
  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce

Creamy Dressings and Toppings

  • 0.5 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 0.25 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 0.25 cup chopped celery

Instructions
 

Preparing the Salad Base

  • In a large bowl, combine butter lettuce or mixed greens with chopped tomatoes, shredded carrots, and thinly sliced red onion.

Cooking the Chicken

  • Dredge chicken pieces in seasoned flour, dip in egg wash, then coat again in flour. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through. Toss the fried chicken in buffalo sauce.

Assembling the Salad

  • Toss the salad base with ranch or blue cheese dressing. Arrange buffalo chicken on top, then sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and chopped celery. Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired.

Notes

  • 1- Use cold ingredients for flakier biscuits.
  • 2- Taste the apple filling and adjust spices as needed.
  • 3- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat.
