Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Filling

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • gel food coloring various colors

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until it resembles wet sand.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish using a measuring cup or fingers.
  • Chill the crust in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.

Make the Filling

  • Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and sweetened condensed milk, mixing until combined.
  • Divide the filling into separate bowls and add gel food coloring to each, mixing gently.
  • Dollop the colored fillings into the crust and swirl gently with a toothpick or skewer.

Chill the Pie

  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

Notes

  • 1- Use cold ingredients for flakier biscuits.
  • 2- Taste the apple filling and adjust spices as needed.
  • 3- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat.
