Ingredients
  

  • 1 English cucumber sliced, no need to peel
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple for sweetness and icy texture

Instructions
 

  • Add water or juice to the blender first.
  • Add spinach, banana, and cucumber slices.
  • Top with frozen pineapple.
  • Blend until smooth, adjusting consistency with more liquid if needed.
