Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumbers preferably fresh, English cucumbers recommended
  • 2 limes juiced, roll on counter to maximize juice
  • 1 cup water adjust for desired consistency

Optional Additions

  • 4-5 mint leaves for a refreshing twist, optional
  • 1 small piece ginger for a spicy kick, optional
  • 1 small green apple for sweetness, optional

Instructions

  • Wash the cucumbers and limes thoroughly.
  • Chop the cucumbers into smaller pieces to make blending easier.
  • Place the cucumber pieces, lime juice, and 1 cup of water into a blender. Add optional ingredients like mint, ginger, or green apple if desired.
  • Blend until smooth. Adjust water for a thinner consistency if preferred.
  • For a smoother juice, strain the mixture through a nut milk bag, cheesecloth, or fine-mesh sieve. Skip straining for a pulpier texture.
  • Pour into glasses, add ice cubes if desired, and garnish with a mint sprig or lime slice.

Notes

  • Best consumed immediately for maximum freshness and nutrients.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours if needed.
