  • 1 large English cucumber grated and drained
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt full-fat recommended
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint chopped
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dip

  • Grate the cucumber finely and squeeze out excess water using a cheesecloth or clean towel.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, chopped mint, olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
  • Stir until well combined, tasting and adjusting seasonings as needed.
  • Cover the dip and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Before serving, stir again and serve with fresh veggies, chips, or crackers.

Notes

  • Drain cucumber thoroughly to avoid a watery dip.
  • Use fresh herbs for the best flavor.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
