A simple and delicious recipe for crispy zucchini rounds coated with Parmesan cheese and baked to perfection. Perfect as a side dish or snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium zucchini sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice the zucchini into 1/4-inch rounds and lightly salt them. Let sit for 10-15 minutes, then pat dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, mix the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder (if using), salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the zucchini slices.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • 1- Use cold ingredients for flakier biscuits.
  • 2- Taste the apple filling and adjust spices as needed.
  • 3- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat.
