Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb bacon thick-cut, cooked
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage cooked
  • 4 cups shredded hash browns or diced potatoes
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 6 eggs large
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked bacon, sausage, hash browns, cream cheese, sour cream, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour egg mixture over the meat and potato mixture, stirring to combine evenly.
  • Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • 1- Use cold ingredients for flakier biscuits.
  • 2- Taste the apple filling and adjust spices as needed.
  • 3- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat.
