Ingredients
  

Pizza Base

  • 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Toppings

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 6 oz crab meat fresh, canned, or imitation
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 0.5 cup wonton strips crispy, store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce for drizzling

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture

  • In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.

Blind Bake the Crust

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Stretch pizza dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for 6 minutes.

Assemble the Pizza

  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pre-baked crust.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the cream cheese layer.
  • Distribute crab meat evenly, followed by chopped green onions.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.

Finish and Serve

  • Remove from oven, sprinkle with crispy wonton strips, and drizzle with sweet chili sauce. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • 1- Use cold ingredients for a flakier crust.
  • 2- Adjust the sweet chili sauce to taste for more or less spice.
  • 3- Serve warm with extra dipping sauces like sweet and sour or sriracha for variety.
