Ingredients

Crescent Roll Dough

  • 1 can crescent roll dough pre-made, refrigerated

Cream Cheese and Crab Mixture

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 6 ounces crab meat drained, fresh or canned
  • 0.25 cup green onions chopped
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 dash salt

Instructions

Prepping The Oven

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Mixing The Filling

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 6 ounces of drained crab meat, 1/4 cup of chopped green onions, a pinch of cayenne pepper, and a dash of salt. Mix until well combined.

Rolling The Dough

  • Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a lightly floured surface and separate into triangles. Pinch perforations to seal. Place a spoonful of the crab and cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle, then roll from the wide end to the point to form a crescent shape. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • 1- Use cold ingredients for flakier biscuits.
  • 2- Taste the apple filling and adjust spices as needed.
  • 3- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat.
