Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cottage cheese Low-fat or full-fat
  • 0.5 cup Peanut butter Creamy, natural preferred
  • 2 tablespoons Sweetener Honey, maple syrup, or monk fruit, adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Milk or heavy cream Optional, for desired consistency
  • 1 pinch Salt Optional, to enhance flavor

Instructions
 

  • Add cottage cheese, peanut butter, sweetener, and optional ingredients (salt, vanilla extract) to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  • If too thick, add milk or cream 1 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Serve in bowls or glasses, optionally topped with berries, nuts, or a drizzle of chocolate.
