These easy-to-make cookies use brownie mix for a rich, fudgy flavor with a chewy texture, perfect for a quick chocolate treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box brownie mix fudge or double chocolate recommended
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, melted butter, egg, and flour. Stir until just combined.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, until edges are set and centers are slightly soft. Cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • 1- Use cold ingredients for flakier biscuits.
  • 2- Taste the apple filling and adjust spices as needed.
  • 3- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat.
