  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Dough

  • 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess grease.
  • Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble.

Assembly

  • Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
  • Mix ground beef and bacon, spread evenly over dough, leaving edges clear.
  • Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  • Roll dough into a log, pinch edges to seal.

Baking

  • Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with melted butter or olive oil.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
