Ingredients

Cookie Dough

  • 1 package store-bought chocolate chip cookie dough or homemade dough

Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened, full-fat
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream optional for extra creaminess

Topping

  • 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

Preparing The Cookie Dough

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or use cupcake liners. Take 1.5-2 tablespoons of cookie dough and press into each muffin cup, leaving a space in the center for filling.

Baking The Cookie Cups

  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden brown and centers are set. Let cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Filling With Cheesecake Mixture

  • Beat together softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add heavy cream if desired. Spoon or pipe the filling into cooled cookie cups. Top with mini chocolate chips.

Chilling

  • Chill the cookie cups in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • 1- Use cold ingredients for the cookie dough if making from scratch for better texture.
  • 2- Adjust sugar in the cheesecake filling to taste.
  • 3- Serve chilled with optional whipped cream or ice cream for an extra treat.
