Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cottage cheese full-fat recommended for creaminess
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8-inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the center is set.
  • Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • 1- Use cold ingredients for a firmer texture.
  • 2- Adjust sweetness by adding more honey if needed.
  • 3- Serve warm with a dollop of yogurt or fresh fruit on top.
