Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana peeled and preferably frozen
  • 1 cup fresh peaches pitted and sliced, or frozen peaches
  • 0.5 cup yogurt Greek or plant-based for vegan option
  • 0.5 cup almond milk or other plant-based milk
  • 1 pinch cinnamon optional, for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Add almond milk to the blender first.
  • Add yogurt, fresh peaches, and banana.
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
  • Blend on low, increasing to high speed until smooth.
  • Adjust thickness with more liquid or frozen fruit as needed.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  • 1- Use frozen fruit for a thicker, creamier texture.
  • 2- Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if needed.
  • 3- Garnish with fresh fruit or a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flair.
